CADABRACRM is a revolutionary cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Problem Statement: Create a CadabraCRM’s simple user interface and sales coaching system will be unlike any other CRM currently available on the market.

My Role: Designed UI of application to manage customer data using Sketch and InVision. Created prototypes, wireframes (low and high fidelity) and mockups after conducting user research to understand the requirement in current market and interviewed high level sales and business professionals to understand the CRM applications and current business needs. As a UX Process I did exploratory and heuristic analysis to understand usability problems and understood user's pain point.
